Howdy folks!
This week at Cooking Army, with summer in full swing now and all the celebration this past weekend, I realized I haven’t broken out the smoker yet this year. That’s a failure that I mean to fix, to the benefit of everyone. I’m still tinkering with my smoked ribs recipes that I’d like to make for y’all. Or at least, make some for me. And make all the fixin’s that go with that. So that’s just what we’re gonna do.

When: This Wednesday, July 8th. Cooking/arrivals at 6:30pm, food should begin to roll out by 7:30pm-ish
What: Smoked pork ribs, baked beans, potato salad, mac & cheese
As always, no need to RSVP, if you can show up, great! If not, that’s cool too. Everyone is encouraged to bring a beverage of your choice and desserts are ALWAYS welcome, but again, not mandatory. Bring your friends, bring your bellies, it’s time to eat.
